I knew winter had came...

As I daintily peered through my frosted bedroom window,
I espied two small Brambling birds.
The prime orange and pink sky danced before me,
The morning sun arouse, cheerfully greeting the trees.
I shimmied last nights dreams off my shoulders, and began to follow the suns footsteps.

The aroma of cinnamon rolls, fresh coffee and smoky bacon tickled all my senses,
it flushed a warm saliva to the corners of my sleepy mouth.
My ankles snapped and clicked as my lazy body stumbled upwards,
the soft sheep-skin rug that was sprawled out on the carpet kissed my toes lightly, inviting them to stay in bed longer.

As I wearily munched by the window side,
I was blithesome to notice the blissful snowflakes nestling on the ground,
the world had been laminated by a cloak of beautiful precipitation,
I knew winter had came.
